- The EU has RoHS and WEEE, both of which have been recast (revised) and there are new rules such as a CE Mark for RoHS compliance, for specific product types. Some products which were previously excluded from EU RoHS an EU WEEE may no longer be excluded as the new EU RoHS is phased in over the next few years.
